HBA Tri Cities/Mitsubishi WSEC 2018 Mechanical Training

In this training session we will discuss HVAC options to meet the new WSEC 2018 and highlight the most cost effective paths for builders to meet the new building code using Variable Capacity Heat Pump technology (mini split systems and high efficiency central heat pumps). We will also look at some other mechanical issues under the new code such as fuel normalization, heat pump hot water heaters, cold climate areas and the need for supplemental heat, HRV/ERV systems, and solar.
